Kivotos 4 bedroom Villa Kivotos Villas (meaning Ark – as in Noah’s Ark), are two villas set in an enviable position right on the Lothiarika beach between Pefkos and Lardos (the next villages just south of Lindos). As well as being a stone’s throw from the water’s edge, there is the unusual and endearing feature of a small church in the garden!Having been built this year, Kivotos villas benefit from new furnishings, and state of the art fixtures and fittings. Off this area the main double bedroom with ensuite bathroom is situated. The ensuite has a jaccuzzi bath and large built in wardrobe.Moving up to the first floor, you will find the 3 other bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with built in wardrobes, TV and air conditioning and a balcony that affords lovely views over the pool, garden, mountains and beach. There are also two single bedrooms that can be converted into double bedrooms that have built in wardrobes, TV’s air conditioning units and balconies with a pergola for shade offering views of all the surrounding area. As well as the bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a bath and over the bath shower.The Basement is the main living area with a dining area for 8 people, a large TV, 2 comfortable sofas (one for 4 people and one for 3 people) and of course air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster. There is also a small gym containing a running and step machine.All of this opens up through patio doors to a lovely outdoor area which comprises of a private pool (the pool is 8ms x 4ms and 60cms – 150cms deep), outdoor dining area for 8 people, a portable BBQ, outdoor shower and pretty grass area leading down to the beach via a lovely quaint church.
