Ladiko Villa is a beautifully furnished newly built 3 bedroom villa with it’s own pool set within walking distance of the wonderful Ladiko Bay (otherwise known as Anthony Quinn Bay). The VIilla has a master bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC, a guest bedroom and a childrens bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom with WC and a guest WC. All bedrooms have built in cupboards and safe deposit boxes. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons and a large fridge freezer with ice maker. The kitchens are also equipped with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. The lounge area has a home theatre system and stero system. There is also a lovely fireplace. Underfloor heating and air conditioning is available throughout the villa. Villa Ladiko is approximately 14kms from Rhodes Town, 15kms from Rhodes Diagora Airport and the nearest supermarkets are 3kms away. The beach is a 10 mins walk away and Faliraki with its bustling night life and superb Waterpark is 3km away and if you wish to explore the Island further, the historical Town of Lindos is 35km away.
